BABY CEREAL PANCAKES

I swear by these pancakes. My kid loves them and they have no sugar added at all (apart from the sugar in your cereals). They are great to use up all the leftover baby cereal you have around your house. This also makes a great finger food for your kid, even if they have only a couple of teeth. Or you can make them for just for yourself.

JESUÍTAS

I'm from the land of the Jesuítas (which means Jesuits), in Santo Tirso, Portugal, and I couldn't help but bake these treats. But since I don't specially like to eat them simple (just the puff pastry and the sugar topping) I added custard as a filling and I must say it is a must from now on.

And here it is, guys. So vibrant and flavourful. It makes me want to bake another one right now. It's simply delicious.
