Hi, I'm Angela, from Santo Tirso, a small town near Porto, Portugal.
I'm the mother of Elise and Eduardo, and we live with our cat Aurora, who mostly keeps to herself unless food is involved.
Elise was born in 2014. She changed everything for me from the start and is one of the main reasons I began writing here: to document parts of our life as it actually happens.
Eduardo arrived in 2020, during the height of the pandemic, and became the second piece that made our family complete.
On this blog you'll find what I choose to share: mostly cooking, baking, and bits of everyday life in northern Portugal. No filters or idealised versions: just how things are.
