LEMONADE

Summer is about to finish in less than one month but it doesn't mean you can't still enjoy a nice glass of homemade lemonade.

This is my way of making delicious lemonade, that will certainly please both grownups and kids.

Ingredients:
- 120g sugar
- 5 medium lemons
- 1.5l water

Start by peeling all your lemons, trying not to peel the white part of them, as it turns the juice bitter, and we don't want any of that. Squeeze the juice of all the lemons and put it along with the peels in a big jug. If you don't mind having a few juice bits in it just use the juice as it is, otherwise you can always strain it.

Now you just need to boil the water and add the sugar, mixing it until it dissolves. Add the sugar water to your lemon parts and mix it well. Let the peels sit until your juice is cold, as it adds more flavor.

You can also drink this hot in the winter time and add a teaspoon of honey to you cup. During summer I like to drink mine with a few mint leaves and ice cubes. Tastes delicious.
